Terms of Service

Who we are
Mach is a Webflow development service for design agencies, operated by Vinicius Germano Muller LTDA, an independent design studio based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. In these terms, “we” means Mach and “you” means the agency that sends the project. You can reach us at [email protected].
Estimates and approval
The estimate shown on our site is based on the pages in your Figma file. We confirm the final price and the delivery date in writing within one business day. A project starts when you approve that confirmation, we receive the first payment and we have the final Figma file.
Delivery times
Delivery times are counted from the start of the project: up to 5 pages, 24 hours; 6 to 15 pages, 3 business days; 16 pages or more, 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. If we need an answer or a file from you to continue, the time is paused until we receive it.
Payment
You pay 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery, in US dollars, by card or bank transfer. You receive an invoice for each payment. The site is transferred to your Webflow workspace after the final payment.
Adjustments and changes
One round of adjustments is included to make the site match the Figma file. Please send it within 7 days of delivery, in a single list. Changes to the design itself, or pages added after the project has started, are quoted separately at the same price per page.
Warranty
For 14 days after delivery, we fix at no cost anything we built that does not work as shown in the Figma file. The warranty does not cover changes made to the site by others, or problems caused by Webflow or third-party services.
Ownership
After the final payment, the site and everything we built for it belong to you or your client. We do not place our name, credits or links in the site or its code, and we do not show your project in our portfolio without your written permission.
Confidentiality
Your designs and project information are confidential. We share them only with the people on our team who work on your project, and we do not contact your client. We are happy to sign your agency's non-disclosure agreement before you send a file.
Cancellation
If you cancel before work begins, we refund the first payment in full. If you cancel after work has begun, the first payment covers the work already done and is not refunded.
Liability
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for the availability of Webflow, hosting or other services that the site depends on.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on the day you approve a project applies to that project.
